This is a review from their catering. I consider myself someone that knows BBQ very well as I do a lot of smoking myself. They hit the mark on all points. Brisket was tender, has a great bark. Pulled pork and chicken were fantastic, the cornbread was A+++ and the Mac and cheese was delicious! I live in Tacoma but will come back when I’m in the area.

Really fun place! Small simple eat in or tlsw out ! Great smoked flavors and spice sauce or sweet. Great corn bread

Excellent pit stop for late lunch on the way back from a day hike at Lake 22. Super friendly staff. They serve cinnamon butter with the corn bread. I would have liked a little more meat for the price, but bbq is always pricey no matter where ya go! Delish!

Where do I start???? Every item that we ordered for our rehearsal dinner was amazing!!! Our guests could not get enough of the brisket, ribs, pulled pork or the sausages and the side dishes were out of this world!! The hot links were being hidden by our guests so that they could have some the following day. Thank you for the wonderful food, great service and for a night to remember!!! Oh! I can’t forget the cornbread with cinnamon butter that is off the charts. If you don’t order the cornbread you are missing out!!!

JandL did the catering for my wedding on August 20, 2022. All of our guests LOVED the food. We ordered BBQ chicken, pulled pork, brisket, corn bread, beans, and mac and cheese. They had an employee deliver the food to the venue, set up the buffet, and help refill the chafing dishes throughout the dinner service. They also did all of the clean up after dinner service. My only complaint is that when they employee was finished cleaning up, my husband and I were listening to toasts and he came over to us during the toast to tell us he was leaving which was very distracting. Other than that things were delicious, ran very smoothly, and was very well priced. (photos by RebeccaAnnPhotography )

Everything is delicious!! Love their brisket and all their side dishes! They gave us some turkey with our order, and it's the best turkey I've ever eaten! The stuffing was delicious too!

1st time dining. I had the 1/2 ribs, 1/2 brisket meal with in house made Baked Beans and Cowboy Caviar. Tried a little side spicy sauce and it was also a good add for occasional dipping. Everything was fantastic.
